Flexiroam X: eSIM Installation Setup & Guide (Apple)

eSIM Installation (Apple iOS)

Make sure you're on iOS 13.2 or later
(If not, update here: Settings > General > Software Update)
    1. Go to Settings > Mobile / Cellular Data > Add Data / Cellular Plan
    1. Scan the eSIM QR Code and tap Add Cellular / Mobile Data Plan
    1. Tap on Secondary and rename custom label as "Flexiroam"
    1. Tap Continue and select Primary for the following options.
To start using Flexiroam X eSIM:
  • Go to Settings > Cellular / Mobile Data > Cellular / Mobile Data > Select Flexiroam
  • Go to Settings > Cellular / Mobile Data > Data Roaming > Switch ON Data Roaming
To switch back to Primary Mobile Plan as default line:
  • Go to Settings > Cellular / Mobile Data > Cellular / Mobile Data > Select Primary
  • Go to Settings > Cellular / Mobile Data > Data Roaming > Switch OFF Data Roaming
